Technical Sales Professional - Data Center Expert

Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Technical Sales Specialist to join our team as a Data Center Expert. This role requires a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build rapport with clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct compelling product demonstrations and technical presentations to prospective customers.
  • Act as a trusted advisor for clients, providing expert product knowledge and technical consultation.
  • Identify up-selling and cross-selling opportunities within existing client accounts based on their technical needs and future growth plans.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and execute strategies for new business acquisition.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Associate's degree in a technical field or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience as a Data Center Technician, Field Engineer, or similar role.
  • Proven experience in a sales or customer-facing role, preferably within the technology industry.
  • Strong knowledge of data center best practices, including cabling standards, racking, and power distribution.
