Financial Operations Specialist

An experienced financial operations specialist is required to work with a small to medium-sized enterprise in Dublin City Centre.
- Manage accounts payable, including invoice processing and payment reconciliation, ensuring timely and accurate settlements.
- Maintain the fixed asset register, guaranteeing accurate records of company assets and their depreciation.
- Oversee bank account management, encompassing transactions and reconciliations to prevent discrepancies.
- Conduct balance sheet reconciliations, identifying and resolving any variances to ensure compliance.
- Drive process improvement and efficiency across financial operations by analyzing current systems and implementing best practices.
- Monitor costs and analyze variance, providing actionable insights for informed decision-making.
- Perform monthly reconciliations across the Group, ensuring accuracy and adherence to regulatory requirements.
- Assist with audit processes, facilitating smooth transitions and minimal disruptions.
- Prepare tax and statutory reports, meeting deadlines and regulatory specifications.
- Hold IATI qualification, demonstrating proficiency in financial operations and regulations.
- Demonstrate strong analytical skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and effectively.
- Possess excellent IT skills, essential for data analysis and reporting, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Meet deadline-oriented, with the ability to work to multiple tight deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.
- Demonstrate exceptional attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in all financial operations and maintaining high standards of quality.
