Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a seasoned planning strategist to join our Dublin office. The ideal candidate will have an accredited degree/postgraduate qualification in Town Planning, with at least 7 years of postgraduate professional experience in Ireland.

About the Role
  • Manage own projects and contribute to the management of planning applications and appeals.
  • Prepare strategic planning appraisals and development plan submissions.
  • Carry out research and play an active role in all planning consultancy aspects of our business.

The successful candidate will be ambitious and commercially minded, with excellent written and oral communication skills. They must possess a driving license and have access to a car to carry out their duties.

  • Excellent IT skills including MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent planning and organisational skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage a varied workload and meet strict deadlines.
