Financial Support Specialist

The ideal candidate will provide support to a team by preparing and maintaining financial records for various entities, including sole traders, partnerships, and limited companies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare accurate and timely financial accounts and statements.
  • Assist with day-to-day bookkeeping and record-keeping tasks.
  • Maintain precise and up-to-date records in accordance with relevant regulations.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve shared goals and objectives.

The successful candidate will possess strong communication and organisational skills, be proficient with accounting software such as Xero and Sage, and demonstrate a positive and collaborative team mindset.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Relevant accounting qualifications, such as ATI or IATI.
  • Proven experience in a similar role, preferably with a focus on financial record-keeping.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency with accounting software, including Xero and Sage.
