Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Analytical Method Development Senior Scientist to join our team in Cork, Ireland.

This is an exciting opportunity to leverage your expertise and contribute to the development of innovative analytical methods for new and existing products.

Your primary responsibility will be to design, optimize, validate, and transfer analytical methods that meet regulatory requirements while maintaining data integrity.

About the Role
  • You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement analytical strategies that support business growth.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure compliance with cGMP and regulatory requirements.
  • Provide scientific expertise and troubleshooting for analytical challenges.
Key Qualifications
  • Honours degree (or higher) in Chemistry or a related scientific discipline.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in an analytical laboratory, preferably within the pharmaceutical/biotechnology sector.
  • Extensive knowledge of method development, validation, and transfer.
  • Proficiency with techniques such as HPLC, GC, IC, LC-MS, ICP-OES, IR, and pharmacopoeial testing.
