We are seeking a seasoned Quality Assurance Functional Test Engineer to provide high-quality assurance testing for corporate banking applications.
This person will validate business-requested changes prior to handing off to UAT, ensuring seamless transitions and minimizing disruptions.
You will gain in-depth knowledge of the business and understand the testing framework and processes for the applications.
- Experience working in corporate banking domain/applications is crucial.
- Conversant in ITIL and able to prepare automation strategy and plan.
- Extensive hands-on experience in Database, Data Warehouse (ETL), Data conversion, data migration, functional/regression, back/front end and API testing.
The ideal candidate will be a good leader in driving QA projects, with excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide quality assurance testing for corporate banking applications.
- Validate business-requested changes prior to handing off to UAT.
- Gather and document test cases and scripts.
- Design maintenance procedures and documentation.
- Develop and maintain automated test suites.
Requirements:
- 7-9 years of experience in software testing.
- Experience working in corporate banking domain/applications.
- Conversant in ITIL.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
