Transformation Business Strategist

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our organisation's finance team and support our transformation journey.
The ideal candidate will be a key business partner, providing financial advice and support on change management and transformation initiatives, leveraging expert financial insights and recommendations to inform decision making.
- Collaborate with the Finance Transformation Lead and Divisional Leaders to ensure alignment with organisational goals.
- Partner with business teams to analyse the financial impact of proposed changes, guiding the organisation toward optimal decision making.
- Conduct in-depth review and analysis of existing operations to identify areas for cost reduction and improved efficiency.
- Liaise with the Finance Business Partnering Team as necessary to provide insightful cost reporting.
- Work closely with divisional leaders to explore forward-thinking solutions that optimise business models and improve financial results.
- Leverage data analytics, technology, and industry best practices to support the business in streamlining operations and achieving efficiencies without compromising service quality or growth.
- Develop and maintain frameworks to assess and track cost savings and financial benefits.
- Present financial insights and strategic recommendations to business leaders.
- A strong academic background, preferably in a numerate discipline, with relevant professional qualifications such as Accountancy desirable.
- 5-10 years of Finance experience, ideally in Cost Management, Business Partnering, FP&A, or Senior Reporting roles.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and interact effectively with stakeholders.
- Strategic problem-solving ability, generating innovative solutions that maximise results.
- A motivated self-starter with experience driving cross-functional deliverables via collaboration with Senior Stakeholders.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and MS Office skills.
- Competency in using financial data to uncover trends, identify opportunities, and make recommendations that enhance profitability and efficiency.
