Project Manager - Handover Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned professional to oversee the handover of allocated systems.

  • Fully familiar with the scope, content, boundaries of allocated systems.
  • Understands the intricacies of turnover and handover processes.
  • Prepares comprehensive dossiers for allocated systems ensuring master drawings and documents are readily available.
  • Liaises with contractors to review, update and communicate the status of allocated systems.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Degree-educated or strong trades' background.
  • Extensive experience in construction and/or turnover supervision is essential.
  • Background in life science or mission-critical projects is highly desirable.
