Site Supervisor Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Site Supervisor. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing site work alongside the Senior Management Team.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum 5+ years' experience in Irish projects post graduation, with a strong background in Roads and Transportation. Preferably, they will have project experience in large-scale civil projects. A relevant Engineering degree is also required.

This is a fantastic opportunity to come into a dynamic consultancy with a vast pipeline of roads, transportation, and water projects, as well as Civil and Structural Built environment projects. Job security is guaranteed with a rolling 24-month contract.

  • Oversight of site work alongside the Senior Management Team.
  • Coordination with stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and other team members.
  • Ensuring compliance with project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
  • Leading and mentoring junior team members.
