Job Summary

Delivering high-quality projects is a key goal for a Senior Project Engineer in pharma and industrial projects.

The role involves leading engineering teams to deliver complex projects from design through to handover, ensuring timely completion and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously, with a strong focus on quality assurance and control.

  • Project management: 5+ years of experience in managing complex projects, including planning, execution, and delivery.
  • Engineering skills: Strong understanding of engineering principles, practices, and technologies related to pharma and industrial projects.
  • Communication skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and customers.
  • Problem-solving skills: Ability to analyze problems, identify solutions, and implement corrective actions to ensure project success.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Degree in Engineering or related field: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or a related field such as Business Administration or Management Science.
  • Professional certifications: Relevant certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional) or PE (Professional Engineer) are desirable but not mandatory.
