Job Summary:

This is an exciting opportunity for a Senior Site Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will have experience in leading and managing construction projects, with a strong focus on health and safety.

  • Perform setting-out duties from engineers drawings, site surveys, and as-built drawings.
  • Interpret drawings for layouts, material measurements, and construction planning.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage the delivery of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  2. Oversee the work of subcontractors and the general workforce, providing guidance and support where needed.
  3. Collaborate with the design team, clients, and other stakeholders to ensure that project objectives are met.
  4. Develop and implement effective strategies for managing risk, ensuring that all sites are safe and secure.
  5. Maintain accurate records, including site diaries, concrete cube registers, and delivery logs.
Requirements:
  • Degree or Diploma in Engineering.
  • Hands-on experience with RC Frame building projects.
  • Proficiency in using Engineers Level, EDM/Total Station.
  • 2-3+ years of site engineering experience.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Self-motivated, safety-focused, and quality-driven.
  • Ability to work well within a team.
