Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our project teams in the Midlands. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction, with experience working on projects in sectors such as Pharma, Life Sciences, Data Centres, or Industrial.

  • Liaise daily with project teams, design teams, and subcontractors.
  • Implement quality assurance procedures, including concrete pre- and post-pour checks, RFIs, and resolution of technical issues.
Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Supporting the Project Manager and wider team by providing technical advice.
  • Maintaining accurate records and producing regular reports.
  • Monitoring and recording materials, plant, and logistics.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, applicants must have:

  • A relevant third-level degree.
  • 6+ years' experience in a similar role.
  • Previous experience working with main contractors, ideally in Pharma/MedTech/Industrial projects.
