Job Description

As a skilled Pizzaiolo, you will play a pivotal role in upholding the standards and traditions of crafting authentic, traditional-style pizzas. If you have a passion for pizza-making, a keen eye for detail, and a commitment to excellence, we invite you to join our culinary team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook traditional-style pizzas, ensuring the highest quality and consistency.
  • Manage inventory and order supplies to maintain ingredient freshness and availability.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the kitchen.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area.
  • Create and maintain a positive and efficient working environment.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a pizzaiolo or similar role.
  • In-depth knowledge of pizza-making techniques, including hand-stretching dough and using a wood-fired oven.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
  • Food safety and sanitation certification preferred.
