Senior Sous Chef Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Sous Chef to join our hotel team.

  • Support the kitchen operations, ensuring seamless food production and excellent customer experience.
  • Lead by example in food production, maintaining high standards of quality and presentation.
  • Mentor junior chefs, helping them develop their culinary skills and achieve career growth.
  • Collaborate with the Head Chef, assisting with duties and deputizing as needed.
  • Contribute to the development of our kitchen's food safety and health protocols.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven experience as a sous chef in hotels or similar establishments.
  • Unwavering focus on delivering exceptional food quality and presentation.
  • Culinary arts qualification is desirable but not essential.
  • Strong desire to learn, develop professionally, and contribute to team success.
  • Ability to support the successful operation of the kitchen and build positive relationships with colleagues.
