Job Title: Technical Visionary

The role of a Solution Engineer and Technical Product Owner is pivotal in bridging the gap between business users and technologists.

This intermediate-level position involves continuous iterative exploration and investigation of business performance to gain insight and drive strategic planning.

  • Drive Technical Excellence: Contribute to the technical vision and execution of products, focusing on technical aspects of product development and collaborating with engineering teams.
  • Translate Business Requirements: Understand and translate business requirements into technical specifications to ensure products align with user needs and technical feasibility.
  • Define Systems Scope: Formulate and define systems scope and project objectives through research activities and provide guidance to new or lower-level analysts.
  • Collaborate with Teams: Work in technical development process, collaborating with engineering, design, and other technical teams to ensure successful product delivery.
  • Code as Needed: Code scripts as required to support the business and development of requirements.
  • Gather Requirements: Gather requirements and create and manage Epics and user stories or Business Requirements documents, including Acceptance criteria and Functional and Non-Functional requirements.
  • Prepare Reports: Prepare reports, metrics, and presentations and exchange ideas/information in a concise and logical manner between business units and IT.
  • Test Systems: Test systems to ensure projects meet requirements and identify system problems to develop solutions based on analyses.

Key Qualifications:

  • Strong Technical Background: Strong technical background with experience in software development, engineering, or related fields.
  • Analytical Skills: Proven analytical, data analysis, organization, and presentation skills.
  • Data Analysis Experience: Experience in data analysis with intermediate/advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills.
  • Industry Knowledge: Knowledge of applicable business systems and industry standards.
  • Project Methodologies: Knowledge of Waterfall and Agile project methodologies.
  • Tool Proficiency: Proficiency in using Jira and Confluence.
  • Project Management: Demonstrated ability to manage a diverse project portfolio.
  • Communication Skills: Consistently passionate for research, ideation, and exploration with understanding of business analysis procedures and concepts.
  • Teamwork: Consistently demonstrate clear and concise written and verbal communication. Ability to work independently and in a team with understanding of how collaboration accomplishes objectives.

Education: Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience.
