Community Care Specialist Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Community Care Specialist to join our team in North Laois. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in community and wound care, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate closely with public health nurses as part of a dynamic team
  • Provide high-quality care and support to clients in their homes, adapting to individual needs and circumstances
  • Flexibility is required to travel to various locations as needed
Requirements:
  • A minimum of three days per week availability is necessary
  • Our service operates Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm
  • Access to own transportation is essential for this role
