Electrical Contracts Lead

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Contracts Manager to lead the successful delivery of large-scale electrical projects across Ireland, the UK, and Germany.

About the Role
  • This position will involve leading and managing electrical contracts from inception to completion across multiple locations.
  • Responsibilities include overseeing project planning, procurement, scheduling, and cost control.
  • The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and quality standards.
  • A strong leader is required to build and maintain relationships with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
  • Providing guidance and leadership to project teams, ensuring performance and professional development.
  • Driving continuous improvement in project execution and delivery.
  • Reporting on project progress, risks, and performance to senior management.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as an Electrical Contracts Manager or similar leadership role.
  • A strong track record of delivering projects in Data Centres and/or Life Sciences environments.
  • Excellent knowledge of electrical systems, industry standards, and regulations.
  • Strong commercial awareness with experience managing budgets and contracts.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Flexibility to travel regularly across Ireland, the UK, and Germany.
