Job Description

As a strategic leader, you will oversee multiple teams responsible for fallout error support, correction and reconciliation. Your role requires extensive partnering within Global Supply Chain, Sourcing and Sustainability (GSSCS) along with IT and solution providers offering cloud-based software, 3rd party developers and various stakeholder groups.

This is a high-impact position in the Global Supply Chain organization, driving continuous improvement of supply chain processes and solutions. Responsibilities include organizational leadership, metrics tracking, crisp and clear support documentation, business process subject matter expertise to implement solutions, data quality management, and communication of improvement initiatives.

">Key Responsibilities
  • Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience
  • Relevant work experience within a similar role
  • Experience in Supply Chain, Sourcing and/or Sustainability operations
  • Experience with process design, reviews and improvement strategies
  • Experience with direct people management, including leadership of diverse global teams
  • Proven experience building deep relationships and driving strong collaboration
Desirable Qualifications
  • Master's degree
  • Strong executive presence, with proactive sense of ownership and keen eye to look ahead, plan and execute
  • Proven experience leading complex projects by bringing together right perspectives, identifying roadblocks and integrating feedback from clients and team members
  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, communication, negotiation, and operations skills
  • Experience supporting SAP tool suites (S4 HANA, Ariba, IBP, MDG)
  • Experience using Google G-Suite Applications and Microsoft Office Applications
  • Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects with frequent interruptions
  • Proven ability to lead and motivate others
