Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain high-quality software systems leveraging cloud technology and microservices architecture principles.
  • Collaborate with product teams to refine user stories and ensure seamless integration with backend services and APIs.
  • Participate in peer reviews of solution designs and code, ensuring adherence to established standards and best practices.
  • End-to-end application delivery, including coordination with required teams for production deployment.
  • Assess opportunities for application and process improvement, preparing documentation for sharing with team members and affected parties.
  • Proactively monitor application health and performance metrics, supporting triage of any production issues as needed.
  • Mentor junior engineers, promoting knowledge sharing and skill development within the team.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or relevant field, with 5+ years of experience in software engineering.
  • Proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, Kotlin, and REST API design best practices.
  • Experience with containerization, messaging technologies, and relational/document databases.
  • Strong understanding of microservice architecture principles, domain-driven design, and database design implementation.
