Job Overview

This role is a key position in leading the development and lifecycle management of data-driven solutions, bridging business goals with technical execution.

As part of this team, you will be responsible for managing multiple projects from start to finish, working closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, create detailed user stories, and develop comprehensive documentation.

The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical skills, experience in Agile methodologies, and strong communication skills to facilitate structured workshops and presentations. They should also be proficient in creating visual aids such as workflows, wireframes, and data models to clarify proposed designs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Requirements Gathering & Documentation
  • Capture business objectives and functional needs through collaboration with stakeholders and Project Managers.
  • Create detailed user stories and technical specifications, ensuring clarity and readiness for development.
  • Maintain and refine a prioritized backlog in line with Program Increment (PI) goals, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities.
  • Evaluate current processes, identify data quality issues, and understand compliance risks through data analysis.
  • Serve as lead analyst throughout development, QA, and deployment phases, providing clarifications and resolving issues.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in tools such as project management software, data visualization platforms, and version control systems.

  • Experience in requirement gathering, backlog ownership, stakeholder coordination, and agile delivery.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to think critically and creatively.

  • Proficiency in creating visual aids such as workflows, wireframes, and data models to clarify proposed designs.
