Customer Experience Manager

We are seeking a results-driven Customer Experience Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our marine retail business.

  • Lead daily retail operations to ensure seamless customer experiences
  • Demonstrate exceptional customer service and build lasting client relationships
  • Achieve sales targets and maximise store profitability
  • Manage inventory levels, ordering and stock control efficiently
  • Create visually appealing product displays and merchandising to drive footfall and sales
  • Maintain accurate sales and stock records using Excel and POS systems
  • Develop and support junior staff as needed
  • Liaise with suppliers, manage deliveries, and conduct regular stock checks
  • Ensure the store is well-maintained, compliant with health & safety regulations, and presents a positive image

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a retail management or supervisory role
  • Strong customer service and sales skills
  • Proficiency in IT, with excellent Excel skills (reporting, stock tracking, etc.)
  • A keen interest in marine products or boating is advantageous
