Role Overview:

  • This is a key role in shaping innovative, scalable solutions in dynamic enterprise environments.
  • The Solution Architect will bridge business needs with technology solutions, ensuring successful end-to-end HR transformation.

About the Job:

The SAP SuccessFactors Expert will design and oversee the architecture of SAP SuccessFactors solutions across multiple modules, aligning with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design robust solution designs by gathering requirements from stakeholders through workshops.
  • Collaborate with functional consultants, developers, and project teams throughout the implementation lifecycle.
  • Provide technical leadership on integrations, data migration, and platform scalability.
  • Ensure compliance with best practices and governance frameworks in cloud HR technology.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience architecting SAP SuccessFactors solutions, ideally across Employee Central and at least one other module (Recruiting, Onboarding, LMS).
  • Strong knowledge of integration tools and methodologies (SAP CPI, Dell Boomi, APIs).
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • A track record of delivering HRIS transformations in medium to large organisations.
  • SAP SuccessFactors certifications and experience in Agile or hybrid project environments are a plus.
