About the Role

As an SAP SuccessFactors Solutions Architect, you will work on client-facing projects focused on transforming the HR function through the delivery of enabling technology. You will lead the design of SAP SuccessFactors solutions for complex projects, ensuring adherence to best practices, quality standards, and alignment with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the design of SAP SuccessFactors solutions for complex projects
  • Oversee multiple streams of technical design and delivery activities
  • Convert functional and technical requirements into robust, sustainable SAP SuccessFactors solutions
  • Provide deep insights into the SAP SuccessFactors platform and associated enterprise technologies
  • Cultivate strong relationships through effective stakeholder engagement
