The role involves developing the service provided to a large and varied portfolio of clients. This includes managing a portfolio of clients and leading the delivery of high quality tax advice and service to those clients. Specific consultancy assignments will also be undertaken, covering all areas of tax. Clients will be advised on business structuring, mergers and acquisitions, cross border expansion, financing, tax audits, succession planning, and other matters.

">Key Responsibilities:">
  1. Work closely with Tax Partners, Associate Partners and Directors on developing the service provided to a large and varied portfolio of clients.
  2. Manage a portfolio of clients and lead the delivery of high quality tax advice and service to those clients.
  3. Undertake specific consultancy assignments, in all areas of tax.
  4. Advise clients on business structuring, mergers and acquisitions, cross border expansion, financing, tax audits etc.
  5. Engage with Revenue on client matters, including Revenue audits.
  6. Assist with firm wide training and business development initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in taxation and experience in managing a portfolio of clients. They will also have strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to manage a high performing team.
