FDC Group, a leading professional services provider, is seeking a senior tax specialist to join its expanding Mullingar office.

We are looking for an experienced tax professional who can engage with clients, develop meaningful relationships, and deliver comprehensive tax compliance and advisory services.

  • Preparing taxation plans and responding to client queries.
  • Providing advice on tax technical issues.
  • Engaging with Revenue in respect of client matters.
  • Providing support to senior accountants on technical tax queries.

Key Responsibilities

Our ideal candidate will be responsible for:

  • Delivering tax planning advice, including devising and implementing tax-efficient succession planning structures.
  • Providing advice on the tax implications of gifts/inheritances and post-death variations of estates.
  • Devising and implementing tax-efficient company exit structures.

Candidate Profile

">

To be successful in this role, you will need:

">
  • A Chartered Tax Adviser (CTA) qualification.
  • More than 5 years of experience in a similar tax advisory role.
  • Excellent technical expertise across all tax heads.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
  • A high level of attention to detail and ability to work independently.
