Operations Director Role

As a key member of our client’s project team, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the site in Longford. Your primary focus will be on ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow while maintaining the highest possible quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate and monitor the site labour force and specialist subcontractors to achieve project targets.
- Work closely with the project team to track progress and ensure compliance with company policies and health and safety regulations.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with supply chain partners and subcontractors.
- A minimum of 10 years of experience as a Site Manager.
- Previous experience working with large-scale commercial or mixed-use development projects is beneficial.
- Hold a third-level qualification or have a Trades background with excellent knowledge of construction methods.
- Proficiency in Microsoft software applications.
- Strong delegation and organisational skills with the ability to work well within a team environment.
