Job Title:

Customer Experience Ambassador

We are seeking a highly motivated and personable Customer Experience Ambassador to drive sales, exceed targets, and deliver exceptional customer service.

  • Deliver outstanding customer experiences by actively listening to customers' needs and providing personalized solutions.
  • Take ownership of customer issues and resolve them in a patient and professional manner.
  • Promote self-service initiatives and encourage customers to use the My3 app.
  • Sell products and services to customers in an approachable and personable manner.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to support, motivate, and encourage each other to succeed and achieve targets.
  • Liaise with the wider business to provide prompt solutions to customers.
  • Show initiative and continuously look for improvements in processes or services.
  • Be open to taking on extra responsibilities, such as cash management, mentoring, and back office administration.
  • Maintain high standards of customer service and store appearance.
  • Demonstrate responsibility for retail policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a retail, sales, or customer-facing role.
  • Flexibility around working hours, including evenings and weekends.
  • A keen interest in technology and a desire to learn with excellent communication skills.
  • Confident and sociable team player with ability to work towards individual and team goals.
  • Self-motivated, patient, and personable individual.
  • Strong attention to detail and good negotiating skills.
