Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Plant Engineer to join our team. As a Plant Engineer, you will be responsible for inspecting, testing, maintaining, and repairing plant hire equipment to ensure safety standards are met.
Key Responsibilities:- To inspect and test plant hire equipment in the region to guarantee compliance with safety regulations.
- To maintain and repair plant hire equipment to the highest standard, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.
- To work closely with other engineers and collaborate with drivers and the hire desk team to deliver exceptional results.
- A proven ability to test and repair plant equipment to the highest standard, ideally gained within the hire industry or similar.
- NVQ Level 2 or City & Guilds equivalent in a relevant discipline.
- A technical/engineering background is highly desirable.
- A flexible approach to working hours is essential.
