We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Site Engineer Leader. This position requires a high level of technical expertise, excellent communication skills and the ability to manage a team effectively.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the setting out process on site, ensuring accurate and efficient delivery of works. This involves providing technical advice and support to the site team, managing day-to-day activities and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Providing guidance and direction to junior engineers on setting out procedures and equipment.
  • Coordinating with design teams, subcontractors and suppliers to ensure all works are delivered to the required standard.
  • Maintaining up-to-date records of setting out information, including as-built records and site measurements.
  • Evaluating and implementing quality control checks in accordance with project specifications.
Qualifications and Requirements:
  • Degree in Construction Management or Civil Engineering.
  • Proven experience in a similar leadership role, preferably within the housing and residential sector.
  • Strong knowledge of setting out procedures and equipment.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage a team effectively.
  • Familiarity with relevant health and safety legislation and procedures.
