Job Overview

Construction Site Leader role involves overseeing construction assurance activities to ensure efficient, effective, and compliant works.

Context: The Project Supervisor will support the NEC4 ECC Assistant Project Supervisor in overseeing all construction assurance activities for the Scheme on which they have been deployed.

Key Responsibilities
  • Represent client interests.
  • Monitor works carried out by Design and Build Contractors.
  • Witness any testing.
  • Ensure compliance with scope.
  • Check quality of works as per specifications documents.
Qualifications & Skills Required
  • Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or equivalent.
  • Relevant experience in construction management/supervision on road/infrastructure projects.
  • Land survey experience required including setting out.
  • Safepass accreditation desirable.
  • Chartered/Incorporated/Associate Engineer of a relevant professional body desirable.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications and other project tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to govern outcomes to ensure high-quality service delivery.
  • Ability to resolve unforeseen risks and issues.
