About this role:

This is an exciting opportunity to shape and deliver the future of procurement across a business.

  • Develop strategies for managing indirect spend areas, including technology and professional services.
  • Partner with stakeholders to align sourcing strategies with organisational goals.
  • Conduct market analysis and benchmarking to inform strategic decision making.
  • Negotiate with suppliers to ensure value creation, cost efficiency and strong contractual outcomes.
  • Manage supplier relationships to drive performance, innovation and resilience.
  • Identify risks in the supply chain and implement mitigation strategies.

What We're Looking For:

  • 5-7 years experience in indirect procurement, ideally with exposure to technology and professional services.
  • A track record of developing strategies that deliver measurable benefits.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience of market and spend analysis.
  • Commercial acumen and negotiation experience.
  • A procurement qualification (CIPS or equivalent) is desirable but not essential.
