Job Title: Procurement Sourcing Specialist

Location: Dublin City Centre (Hybrid – 2 days onsite)

Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Procurement Sourcing Specialist to support our growing procurement team.

This role will be responsible for running tender processes and supporting strategic sourcing activity across various indirect categories and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support end-to-end tender processes in line with company policies and procurement best practices
  • Assist Category Managers in delivering sourcing strategies across key spend areas
  • Prepare and manage RFPs, evaluate supplier responses, and support supplier negotiations
  • Contribute to supplier selection and contract award recommendations
  • Maintain accurate documentation throughout the sourcing lifecycle
  • Build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders and suppliers
  • Monitor supplier performance and support ongoing supplier management

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years' experience in procurement or sourcing, ideally within a large organisation
  • Strong knowledge of indirect procurement, with a focus on IT software, hardware, infrastructure, or professional services
  • Proven experience in running RFPs and supporting category strategies
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organisational skills
  • Strong analytical and commercial acumen
