We are seeking an exceptional professional to lead our graduate recruitment efforts.
The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in talent acquisition and development, with excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Candidates will oversee the planning, marketing, and execution of two annual recruitment campaigns.
- They will work closely with the trainee steering group to implement the firm's graduate recruitment and development strategy.
- Effective candidates will build strong relationships with partners, universities, faculties, student societies, and individual student leaders.
- They will stay up-to-date with external competitive practices to ensure the firm maintains a competitive edge in recruiting top graduates.
As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for:
- Managing the recruitment aspects of the trainee recruitment drive and the summer intern programme.
- Leading the two annual recruitment campaigns.
- Liaising regularly with partners to ensure their recruitment requirements are being met.
- Building and maintaining relationships with universities and student groups.
- Attending careers fairs and staying informed about best practices.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A strong background in human resources or talent acquisition.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
