Graduate Recruitment Leader

This is a challenging and exciting opportunity to shape the future of our firm by leading graduate recruitment efforts.

About the Role
  • Lead annual graduate campaigns to attract and secure high-calibre candidates.
  • Develop and implement graduate recruitment strategies in collaboration with the Trainee Steering Group.
  • Liaise regularly with partners to ensure their recruitment requirements are met.
  • Maintain strong relationships with Irish universities, faculties, student societies, and individual student leaders.
  • Attend careers fairs to stay up-to-date with external competitive practices and maintain a competitive edge in recruiting top graduates.
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage university placement programmes and develop secondment and pro bono opportunities for future trainees.
  • Coordinate Summer Intern Programme and Work Placement Programmes, including contracts, onboarding, induction, and programme schedules.
  • Manage sponsorship partnerships and other relationships with universities and bodies.
  • Work with the Marketing department to ensure the appropriate image of the firm is communicated externally and build the firm's profile with prospective trainees.
  • Assist in implementing equality, diversity, and inclusion programmes through recruitment processes.
Requirements
  • A strong understanding and proven expertise in graduate recruitment within a professional service firm.
  • Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage high volumes.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to promote the correct face of the firm externally.
  • Dynamic drive with a passion for engaging with potential future partners of the firm.
  • Project or programme management expertise for running graduate recruitment programmes.
