Graduate EHS Advisor Role

This one-year opportunity is designed to equip graduates with the skills and knowledge required for a successful career in environmental health and safety.

As a Graduate EHS Advisor, you will be part of a team that creates communities and builds homes for individuals and families. You will work closely with site managers to ensure up-to-date health and safety documentation and participate in toolbox talks to communicate EHS requirements.

The programme will develop your workplace skills, including commercial acumen, leadership, problem-solving, critical thinking, communication, and teamwork. Throughout the programme, you will receive hands-on training, mentorship, and opportunities to collaborate with industry experts.

Key qualifications include a Level 7/8 Degree/Higher Diploma in Environmental Health and Safety or a related field (obtained within the last 2 years), excellent written and verbal communication skills, a flexible and adaptable attitude, a quality-focused approach, and IT literacy with proactive learning skills and familiarity with emerging technologies.
