Construction Management Graduate Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Construction Management Graduate. This is an exciting opportunity for recent graduates or those nearing graduation to kick-start their career in the construction industry.

This role will provide you with the chance to work on various aspects of project delivery, including coordination, design work, and site supervision. You will have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in commercial acumen, leadership, problem-solving, critical thinking, communication, and teamwork.

About the Role
  • Liaise with key stakeholders to deliver all aspects of the project
  • Coordinate design work with consultants and subcontractors
  • Supervise the progress of work
  • Provide input into the preparation of the project programme
  • Develop site logistics plans
  • Track progress against the project programmes in accordance with key milestones through coordination with all trades
  • Manage site records and deliveries
  • Report weekly and monthly data and information to site teams, stakeholders, and partners
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • A Degree / Higher Diploma in Civil Engineering or a related field (obtained within the last 2 years) or be working towards completion in 2026
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Flexibility and adaptability
  • IT literacy with a proactive approach to learning and ability to leverage emerging technologies including AI tools
