Project Management Director

Job Description

We are seeking a Project Management Director to lead our project management team in delivering high-profile national and international projects for leading clients.

The successful candidate will have experience of managing large-scale construction projects, with a proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for managing the delivery of projects from inception to completion, including planning, coordination, and control.

You will also be responsible for providing technical guidance and support to project managers and staff, as well as ensuring that all projects are delivered in accordance with our quality management system.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A degree qualification in Construction, Engineering, Building Surveying, or Project Management.
  • At least 10 year's experience in the construction industry (ideally on Civil Infrastructure projects).
  • Solid technical appreciation of construction documentation, financials, and methodologies.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Proven experience delivering projects and ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
  • Private and Public Sector Client-side experience.
