Clinical Endoscopy Team Lead

This exciting role requires a seasoned nurse leader to oversee the provision of high-quality patient care and resource management within an endoscopy unit.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and manage a multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional patient care coordination.
  • Drive operational efficiency and resource utilization within the clinical area.
Requirements:
  • Registered General Nurse on the active register with the relevant nursing authority.
  • Demonstrated commitment to ensuring patient safety and quality standards.
  • Minimum 5 years post-graduate experience in acute care nursing essential.
  • Flexibility and experience in coordinating and delivering endoscopy services.
  • Desirable: Management qualification or educational preparation to degree level.
  • Proven leadership and change management skills.
  • Excellent knowledge of contemporary nursing practice and skills.
  • Able to make informed decisions with strong organizational skills.
  • Vision for service development.
  • Eligible to work in Ireland.
