Job Description:

The Senior Endoscopy Care Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the endoscopy services in our department. They will be responsible for assessing, evaluating, and reviewing patient needs prior to their procedure.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert information and education to patients and families about improving their understanding and effective management of their upcoming endoscopy procedure.
  • Manage the caseload of all patients undergoing elective endoscopy procedures.
  • Use a patient-centered approach in all aspects of practice.
  • Develop, contribute to, and review Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), policies, protocols, patient information leaflets, and other associated documentation.
