Leadership Role in Endoscopy Team

We are seeking an experienced and skilled leader to manage our endoscopy team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing professional leadership in all aspects of nursing care, managing patient caseloads, and contributing to strategic planning processes.

  • Provide high-level professional leadership in all aspects of nursing care
  • Act as a positive role model in providing direct patient care
  • Assess, evaluate, and review the requirements of individual patient needs prior to their endoscopy procedure
  • Manage patient care to ensure the highest professional standards and evidence-based care planning approach
Essential Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership skills, with a proven track record of managing teams and improving patient outcomes. They will also have strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.

  • Registered in the relevant division of the Register of Nurses and Midwives
  • At least 5 years post-registration experience, including 2 years in the related clinical area
  • Candidates must demonstrate evidence of continuous professional development
  • Recent acute experience essential
