Director of Global Procurement and Compliance

As a senior leader, you will oversee the global procurement operations and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. This role requires strategic thinking, leadership skills, and the ability to drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement procurement strategies that align with business objectives.
  • Lead a team of compliance managers and specialists to maintain all cGMP compliance aspects of procurement operations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards.
  • Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and develop plans to address these issues.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field of study.
  • At least 12 years of progressive experience in procurement, quality, and/or compliance, preferably in the pharma/biopharma industry.
  • Proven track record of leading continuous improvement initiatives and building influential collaborations.
  • Demonstrated expertise in setting up and maintaining a QMS that meets legislative requirements.
