Job Summary

We are currently recruiting dedicated and compassionate candidates to join our growing team of relief chefs working in the public healthcare sector.

Key Responsibilities
  • You will work as part of a dynamic team, taking instruction and contributing to our kitchen operations.
  • You will have the ability to work in all sections of the kitchen, ensuring seamless food preparation and service.
  • You will assist in the preparation of modified diets, catering to diverse patient needs.
Requirements
  1. A qualification completed in Professional Cookery or Culinary Arts, certified by City & Guilds or equivalent.
  2. Previous experience working as a chef in high-volume environments or production kitchens.
  3. Manual Handling and HACCP Level 2 training will be required and can be supplied upon registration.
  4. Visa or GNIB (if applicable).
  5. International Police Clearance (if lived abroad for 6+ months).
