Job Description:
  • We are seeking a Relief Chef to join our team in Cork.
  • The successful candidate will work on a flexible basis, enjoying excellent pay rates and the opportunity to work in various settings, including Hotels, Hospitals, Restaurants, Contract Catering Units, and Special Event Venues.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook food in accordance with current food hygiene regulations and guidelines.
  • Provide a high standard of catering to meet the needs of the Head Chef and all customers' needs.
  • Maintain up-to-date HACCP and Manual Handling certifications (training can be provided).
  • Have valid work permits to work full-time in Ireland without restrictions.
  • Work as part of a team to deliver exceptional results.
  • Be passionate about creating high-quality food.
  • Be able to work under pressure and maintain enthusiasm.
  • Provide points of contact for references from previous Chef roles.
