Seeking a highly skilled Senior Case Handler to provide exceptional service delivery and support to consumers in cross-border cases. The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing consumer questions and complaints, drafting clear and concise responses, and acting on behalf of consumers in EU rights matters.

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to join our team and contribute to the development and implementation of case management processes and procedures. As a Senior Case Handler, you will have the opportunity to work with electronic case management applications, build and maintain productive relationships with stakeholders, and contribute to research or policy initiatives.

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and communication skills, experience in casework, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for delivering a high-quality complaint handling service, allocating resources and case work appropriately, and leading and managing one or more direct reports.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
