This position offers the opportunity to work on groundbreaking product development, collaborating with experts in the field to bring life-changing medical solutions to market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop medical devices throughout the research and product development lifecycle.
- Conduct studies to investigate specific challenges related to product design and performance.
- Support clinical trials and product validation processes, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
- Translate research discoveries into marketable technologies that improve patient outcomes.
- Work independently on moderately complex projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements, recommending enhancements to existing systems and workflows.
- Provide guidance to junior engineers or colleagues within the R&D team.
- Communicate project progress and technical findings to stakeholders, supporting informed decision-making.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Biomedical, Mechanical, or related field).
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in R&D, product development, or a related engineering role in the medical device industry.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in design verification, validation, and troubleshooting.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with internal teams and stakeholders.
