As a skilled Process Development Engineer II, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and delivering cutting-edge products that make a real difference in people's lives.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Contributing to all aspects of new product development, from concept to launch, utilizing your expertise in design, technology, automation, and vendor management.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive project success, define requirements, execute plans, and deliver results.
  • Leading and supporting teams to develop and implement process improvements, focusing on enhancing quality, reducing variation, and driving technology innovation.
  • Supporting the development, characterization, and validation of new processes to support new product introductions.
  • Applying six sigma tools, project management, and technology development skills to solve complex technical problems.

You will be working with us to:

  • Develop and deploy best-in-class technologies for manufacturing new medical device products.
  • Compile, document, and share knowledge with project and functional teams to drive continuous improvement.

Requirements include:

  • A third-level 8 degree or higher in Electronic, Electrical, Mechanical, or Biomedical Engineering or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of 2 years relevant direct Science/Engineering experience within a medical device environment.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of medical device processes and a good understanding of product and process design.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with a high level of enthusiasm and motivation.
