Medical Device Product Development Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Process Development Engineer II to join our team. As a key member of our product development team, you will play a critical role in the creation of new medical device products.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead cross-functional teams in defining, executing, and delivering on New Product Development requirements.
  • Design and develop innovative technology solutions that drive process improvement and quality enhancement.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to advance product design and reduce variation.
  • Support process development, characterization, and validation activities for new product introductions.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Electronic, Electrical, Mechanical, or Biomedical Engineering, or related field, with a minimum of 2 years relevant experience within a medical device environment.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with a high level of enthusiasm and motivation.
  • Strong knowledge of medical device processes and product design.
  • Ability to work effectively and proactively on cross-functional teams.
