This is an exciting opportunity to lead the calibration program at a biotech manufacturing facility, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and driving reliability improvements.
As a seasoned professional in maintenance and engineering, you will be responsible for managing site instrumentation systems, troubleshooting issues, and providing technical support to maintenance teams.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing the calibration program and representing it during audits
- Leading continuous improvement initiatives in reliability and compliance
- Providing technical guidance and training to maintenance teams
- 5+ years experience in maintenance/engineering (preferably pharma/regulated industry)
- Degree in Electrical & Instrumentation Engineering (or equivalent)
- Strong knowledge of EU directives and international standards
- Expertise in troubleshooting, calibration systems, and equipment reliability
- A self-starter with strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Commitment to safety, quality, and compliance
