Business Development Professional

This role requires a Business Development Professional who can drive growth and expansion for our iconic brands. As a key member of the team, you will play a vital part in building strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Growth Planning: Develop and maintain strong, purposeful relationships with customers to create growth plans and implement solutions to drive sales.
  • Strategic Communication: Effectively communicate with customers and internal teams to ensure alignment on goals and strategies, adapting communication styles to meet the needs of diverse stakeholders.
  • Commercial Acumen: Drive the brand distribution strategy to increase the quality and quantity of customer partnerships within your territory.
  • Performance Analysis: Ensure accurate and up-to-date data on territory performance, customer contact details, digital savviness, and new/closed outlets.
  • Digital Mindset: Leverage digital tools to engage both internally and externally on key initiatives and evolving trends.
  • Continuous Improvement: Bring a growth mindset to all work, embracing challenges, learning continuously, and driving innovation for sustainable success.
  • Resilience: Demonstrate resilience in overcoming challenges and persistently pursuing long-term goals despite short-term setbacks.

About You: To be successful in this role, you should have a passion for sales and a desire to grow a career in commercial. A driver's license is required.
