Job Overview

As a leader in retail, we are seeking an experienced Store Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our stores. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and results-driven individual to join our team and contribute to our goal of delivering exceptional customer service.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and develop a high-performing team of store staff, ensuring they have the skills and support needed to excel in their roles.
  • Drive sales growth by implementing effective strategies to increase customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Monitor and control costs, inventory levels, and store productivity to ensure optimal performance.
  • Maintain the highest standards of customer service, ensuring every interaction with customers is positive and memorable.
  • Develop and implement action plans to address any issues or areas for improvement, working closely with other departments to achieve business objectives.

Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years management experience in a retail environment.
  • Proven track record of leadership and team management, with a focus on developing and motivating staff.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and customers alike.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work flexibly and adapt quickly to changing situations.
  • Full driving licence.
